The Trench coat I got is amazing. Great quality and superb attention to detail. I am already looking to get Greatcoat for the winter from them.
The logistics is on the other hand, something that needs to be addressed. The package came in a very bad state. I recommend to use DHL express directly, instead of a "middle man" logistics company, which in the end used DHL anyway to send the package.
Hence only 4 out of 5 stars.
My order was delayed, but they informed me of a 2 week time-line.
When this passed I had to chase them up. After that, they dispatched promptly.
So 3 stars, not 5 otherwise

Have to return coat as i was advised of wrong sizing, long wait just to return when the season will be over by the time i get another one. Good product though.

I haven't worn it yet (still using the old double-breasted!) but I've tried it on and checked the sewing-on of buttons, and everything looks and feels perfect. I now just need to find a scarf worthy of going with it!
I was a little nervous about buying online without trying on in person, but the fit was perfect and the quality excellent. The design is much better than some cheap High Street alternatives and the customer service was excellent, with all my questions being answered within 24 hours.
I bought a black overcoat for my other half. He sings in several choirs and sometimes has to perform in churches which can be a little on the chilly side this time of year. He still needs to look smart and this coat is both stylish and warm. Perfect!

I had a few issues with my first order and it wasn't delivered on time but when I contacted the store, they acted first and sent another while sorting out the issue that led to the disappearance of the first one. I highly recommend.
It really is a great coat for the money , not sure if you can get better for the price. Top marks to the company for making such nice coats available, very quick service , Iβll be treating myself to another one in a different colour for sure .
