Made from a premium 70% wool, 25% polyester, and 5% cashmere blend, it's warm enough for January without being bulky enough to restrict movement. The full black satin lining drapes smoothly over suits and knitwear alike and gives the coat a quality feel the moment you put it on.

We want you to be completely happy with your Platinum Tailor coat. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward 30-day returns policy on all orders — whether you'd like an exchange or a full refund.
What can be returned
Items are eligible for return if they are:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unworn and unused, in their original condition
- In their original packaging with all labels still attached
Items that have been worn, altered, or are missing original tags cannot be accepted for return.
How to return your order
- Download and print the returns form below. Complete it and include it inside your package.
- Repack the item carefully in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached.
- Ship the package to the appropriate return address below. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your coat for a different size or style, follow the same returns process above and indicate your preferred exchange item on the returns form. Exchanges are processed within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Purchased as a birthday gift, the quality is excellent, value for money, delivery was exceptional.
I haven't worn it yet (still using the old double-breasted!) but I've tried it on and checked the sewing-on of buttons, and everything looks and feels perfect. I now just need to find a scarf worthy of going with it!
Exactly what I needed ...quality feel and fit
I bought a black overcoat for my other half. He sings in several choirs and sometimes has to perform in churches which can be a little on the chilly side this time of year. He still needs to look smart and this coat is both stylish and warm. Perfect!
I had a few issues with my first order and it wasn't delivered on time but when I contacted the store, they acted first and sent another while sorting out the issue that led to the disappearance of the first one. I highly recommend.
