We ship orders Monday to Saturday and always aim to dispatch on the same day your order is placed. Below is a full breakdown of our delivery options for UK, USA, and international customers.
UK Delivery

Next Day Delivery cutoff: Orders must be placed before 1pm to qualify for next business day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm or on a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day and delivered the day after.
USA Delivery
Most orders ship from our US warehouse — no customs fees, no import duties, no international shipping delays. Express delivery available across the contiguous United States.

General delivery information
- We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
- We always aim to dispatch on the same day your order is placed.
- Our courier will deliver between 7am and 9pm. A signature may be required upon receipt.
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe location, and a notification will be left at your door.
- If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be held at the local depot. A note will be left with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection.
