Being an Austrian, I am proud of my new black double breasted wool cashmere long overcoat in UK size 44. My UK suit size is 42, and choosing one size higher for the overcoat ensured a perfect fit.
I need this overcoat as outerwear at wintertime in case one of the dress codes "dark suit", "black tie" or "white tie" has to be met, e.g. when I plan a visit to a theatre, the opera or a ball in Vienna, because I prefer public transport when going to and moving around in Vienna.
Of course, I could have bought a "paletot" in Vienna too, but only at a multiple of the prize I paid for the Platinum Tailor overcoat including the postal charges.
Your overcoat is very warm, and I appreciate in particular its peak lapels, its overall length of 46" and the exquisite fabric.
